Bedding Plants and Tropicals

Esposito's is the place to come to get colorful annuals and perennials to brighten your landscape every month of the year. We start many of the plants we offer at our growing facility near Havana so that we can offer a wide selection of varieties. Our experience with growing and using these plants in the landscape for the last 30 years enables us to advise you on what will succeed for you and how to best care for them.

Annuals offer quick color that you can change easily with the seasons. Although many gardeners think of planting annuals in the Spring there are varieties that can be planted for each month of the year. Cool season annuals planted in the Fall can be enjoyed in the Winter and Spring. When our Summer heat is extreme and most flowers have stopped blooming there are heat tolerant varieties that can be planted to give vivid color through late Summer and into the Fall.

Perennials live for more than one year giving seasonal color again in following years with proper care. In addition to the popular proven perennials we also offer subtropical shrubs and vines that will freeze to the ground in the Winter but will recover in the Spring on most years giving an exotic tropical touch to the garden.

Tropical foliage plants and blooming house plants enable you to bring life into an otherwise sterile office or room in your home. We carry Orchids and African Violets year-round that collectors must get more of and make great gifts for special occasions and floral deliveries.
